I just watched a Flip this House episode and I saw the CEO hire a stager to stage the home. According to the show, this helps the home sell a lot faster and stay on the market by 40% less than average. When they staged the house, they basically put in furniture and different candles to make the home show better. Has anyone tried this before? I live in California, in the high desert and I am thinking of selling my home. I currently own a 2 bed 2 bath 1099 sqaure feet and I am interested in more info on this subject.

Seriously, I think some people just say things to hurt people. If you say something, why do they have to try and make you feel stupid about it, rather than just ignore it or let it go? Do they have nothing better to do? Does it make them feel better about themselves? I don’t understand.

Like someone smart once said, there are two kinds of people in this world:
Ones that go around blowing out peoples candles to make theirs shine brighter, and ones that light people’s candles so everyone’s can shine brighter.
We should all stick with that. So why don’t people?
