Paraffin wax melts really well. A cheap way to color them is crayons. you can purchase wicks in any craft supply, or you can use mop string. Any scented oil works, make sure it is oil based and not water. good luck
I save candles that are finished burning and remelt them and make a new candle

i have been researching this also. have you just tried putting candle making in your search engine. you will get alot more information doing that than by asking the question here.

Go to
. These instructions are very good. Their forum allows you to ask questions.

Be careful when melting wax. It should melt no higher than 180F. Don’t boil the wax. This is extrememly dangerous and can casue very bad 3rd degree burns.

Good Luck.
