I run a small business from my home selling soy candles. My current supplier has good prices but as the business is growing I would like to cut costs and buy directly from the manufacturers. My current supplier is not willing to part with this information as they want to keep my business for themselves. I am mostly looking for glass jars and tins for the candles we make. I already have contracts with the manufactures of our wax and colors. I would also like any information on manufacturers of candle scents. I have been to a few trade shows but it’s still mostly middlemen suppliers and not the manufacturers.

I am seeking inexpensive ways to make candles. I find that food coloring is cheaper overall (you can buy 4 colors at a time) and some body oil is very strong. I thought that I read somewhere that you can use them but I don’t seem to be able to find that information again.

Any website or personal knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
